The Adventure:
Highway 215 is a scenic, fun drive in southwest North Carolina stretching from Rosman to Canton.  Although my favorite part isn't the curves or the sweeping views - it's the secluded hiking destinations often within a mile of the road.
This adventure is easily accessed from the parking area by Living Waters retreat.  Walk the trail by the river and choose from dozens of spots to get into the water or find a rock to relax.  I suggest taking it all the way to Cathedral Falls (the last waterfall in this section) to round out your hike.
Type:
Out and Back
Distance:
1/2 a mile round trip.  Negligible elevation change.
Parking:
There is a dirt pull off by the Living Waters Retreat.  When navigating to this spot, simply select Living Waterfalls on Google Maps.
Gear:
Not Much - maybe a change of clothes if you intend or don't intend to get wet.
Don't Forget:
Private property surrounds the area so be respectful of that when exploring.  Trails by swift water tend to be wet so you may slip and/or get muddy.
My Take:
Take your time and discover for yourself why they call this area the "Living Waters"
